  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It's a great place to work and learn.

  • Very friendly and helpful colleagues who will go out there way to help you.

  • My supervisor would also ensure I knew what I was doing before I was left with any task.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Sometimes it got rather busy. But it's not a scary thing. The days went alot faster which is generally good when you have plans to look forward to.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I was given loads of responsibility, from managing 200k worth of equipment in a demo fleet to designing front covers that represent Panasonic with minimal guidance

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I can now confidently say I understand the business process and I feel that my knowledge can be applied to all other jobs I apply to.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Generally a good atmosphere, it is however a very important area of the business so its key to know when to keep your head down and work and when office shenanigans can ensue.

  • Very well done. From accommodation on wards it was honestly seamless.

  • I had the opportunity to attend many classes and with my responsibility I feel I was very well invested with my skills.

  • Not quite sure, the company is quite big and divided into different areas of the business so I guess 50/50.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Hungover fridays....

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Fairly good.

  • We commuted from nearby Reading. This is by far the best decision.
