DVS S/4HANA Cloud Review

It's been a really fun experience throughout the whole year. All the benefits such as lunch, gym and all the others (like working from home) give you the things you need to enjoy your work. The autonomy and trust that filters down from the top tiers of management allow you to feel value and know that you have their trust to complete work to a high standard with no one breathing down your neck.

I really felt like my team and others in the office, and around the world in fact really valued the work I did. I have had the pleasure of working with colleagues in Israel, the US, Asia, Australia and many other places. Everyone really values the work you put in, and the effort is reciprocated with the help and encouragement they give you.

The support was unbelievable. Although I did on many occasions figure things out for myself, I was always given the time of senior leaders in the team to help me achieve my own personal goals as well as issues I was having with work. I never once felt like there was no where I could turn for support and guidance.

In the first few months at times I felt at a lose end, but as I began to take on more and more responsibility and explore other areas of the business, I started to find my days filled up much more, to the point where now my days are crammed full... But I like the cgallenge

I had alot of responsibility from day 1! When the intern I was taking over from left, I pretty much took on all of his responsibility straight away. I made errors and did things that set back other people in their tasks, but I was never punished for that or shouted at, I had all the support I needed.

I think I will have a much better work ethic when working at university next year. I have much better time management skills now and a better work ethic, to the point where now I feel like I can handle final year with no problems what so ever. It's the employability I have now that I value the most.

The atmosphere on the whole was pretty good. There were three floors throughout, the second floor by far the busiest as this was the sales floor so naturally this was noisier. The first floor had fewer people as this was where people from global teams sat, so they just work from home mainly.

It was very well structured, we had plenty of opportunities to spend time in other departments thanks to the 70 / 30 split and we were very well looked after by senior management who bought us in on high level projects. There were workshops almost weekly for things such as presentation skills training etc.

We were heavily invested in from the start which was great and it really set the tone for the whole 13 months. We had presentation skills training, we were taken on trips to Germany and we were exposed to high level information that ready helped us develop and see how businesses operate.

Very appealing. I would love to come back to SAP after uni as I see alot of development opportunities. There's so much I've learnt in the last 13 months and I really see opportunities to develop even more. I have ideas in mind of what I would like to do as a graduate, and I've had those opportunities to discuss that with management.

Very good social scene, I have had loads of nights out with both my team and the intern cohort. I have made great contacts, and have grown a vast network just through socialising which has given me somewhere to turn in the future. It's been great fun and helps you realise that colleagues can also be friends

I paid around £750 a month on rent which was a tad expensive but I could have gone cheaper. Having said that, with my salary and maintenance loan from the Gov I was entirely financially independent. I was exempt from council tax and made the most of student discounts and I was still able to put 4 figures into savings over the year.

Very poor in Feltham, however it wasn't far to go to get to Richmond or Clapham.

Loads. I played rughby for Barnes and cricket for a team back home in Norfolk and I never felt constrained throughout my work to the point I had to stop sport.
