  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • There was a tremendous amount of support from my team especially in the beginning with the manufacturing industry being new to me the team was always there to help me and guide me to the point where i was able to get a full understanding of business functions and activities.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • The job was quite tasking so there were never moments when i'd look for things to do as there's always something on hand to be done. This increased my knowledge of the products and services of Cummins as i learnt on the go with as much work as i would do.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I gained a lot of vital skills in various means in respect to sales, management , organisational . The major development i take away from this experience is my increase of understanding how to manage and maintain and develop a multinational organisation with contrasting factors among regions such as culture, language, perspective and mode of thinking as the job allows you to see things from a different perspective on a larger scale than i'd ever seen before.
