The Role
I really like the environment with the colleagues especially, it is a very reliable and helpful team. I also like the fast paced job and the possibility of seeing a result on my day by day work.
Very much as whenever I had a doubt or problem they were very attentive and they also showed me they trusted me.
They were always ready to let me borrow their time for any question or doubt.
It is a very fast paced job, and even though they were all there to help me it is quite a challenging situation on a daily basis.
Not at the very beginning but after the first month I was taking over most of the tasks for the job, and after the first 3 months I was doing it by myself (with guidance in doubt).
It has helped me to realize on the chain of work and how it is very important to make sure you are doing your part right. As well as the importance of the team work and the need of having patience.
The Company
It is usually cheerful and my team is usually joking around and very talkative, however the job obviously takes time.
The internship schedule was perfect, I have no complaint about it.
They tried to teach me anything new whenever I ask about it even if they were things I don't deal with.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Very much.
The Culture
Yes, I was always encourage to meet with fellows colleagues through any event or even an after work drink.
Even just a lunch break means socializing.
It is pretty alive.
Yes, any occasion to do a gathering was always offered.
