The Role
My placement year was a fantastic experience. Not only did I learn new knowledge and skills but I was able to grow my personal skills too.
Myself and my team worked very well together and they were all very supportive.
My manager was involved in my development throughout my year and was there for constant support.
I was very busy as we had changes within our team throughout my year however this allowed me to push myself.

It was beneficial to put my knowledge from my course into practice. As well as this, my personal skills were developed through training.
The Company
My team were a joy to work with and made my year very enjoyable.

The Culture
due to there only being 5 interns on my floor, we did not get much chance to get to know one another, however this allowed me to bond with my team more.
my commute to work was only 45 mins.
myself and my team went out to events several times and was very enjoyable.
