The Role
The internship was a great experience to understand an office environment and how to evolve within.
As I was by myself in London and most of us are, the company makes sure you are always valued, welcome and to include you in the company's rituals.
I was given a lot of support to make sure that the tasks were done properly and that I would learn something out of the experience.
During Working hours it was the perfect balance with targets to reach and never a minute to get bored.
As the internship progressed and progress was made on my part my role would change to include more responsibilities.
The Skills developed are more for the business world than the university one but i consider it a great plus to my studies as it gives you a taste of what to expect once you enter the working world.
The Company
The office was full of laughter and always a great atmosphere, very positive.
From Beginning to End we were taken care of. Structure was in place and we were never lost whatever the issue.
We would be given training on all systems within the company and if we had troubles there would always be someone to help out.
If you have proven yourself and have been doing a good job during the 4 months and it had been noticed you would often get an offer and I did get a job within the company. 2 years since my internship and i am still here.
The Culture
We would often go out on friday after work all together interns and employees.
