The Role
i really enjoyed it, i learnt a lot. This has come in useful for my degree, and also looks great on my C.V.
I felt very valued by the staff, and by my supervisor.
I was given as much guidance as i needed, but left to be as independent as was trusted.
Very busy, but this was becasuse of what was needed to be done. I signed up knowing it would be. There was still room for enjoyment.
I was given a lot of responsibility, which i was grateful of,
It has given me lots of skills, including management, meetings, IT skills, people skills. The list goes on.
The Company
The atmosphere was really pleasant, everyone was sociable and friendly.
It was set up well, the initial start was slightly disorganised but after that it was fine.
They invested trust, and gave me as many opportunities to train as possible
Subsidised Canteen
There are non, unfortunately every one is self employed through funding. This is a shame, as i would love to work for the company.
The Culture
Yes, there was a fellow intern who i became good friends with and lots of opportunities to hang out.
Same as where i live, south west UK prices.
Good, the town centre is a 5 minute walk.
yes, there was plenty of activities to be part of and extra organisations to join in with.
