    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The job itself, although sales orientated was incredibly diverse and allowed me a huge amount of experience in numerous areas of business. Not once was my daily routine the same.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was never made to feel like an intern and worked in a very freindly team, as several of the jobs here overlap to a certain extent you learn to do anything you can to help other people and additionally they will do anything needed to aid you. It was a great environment!

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The Sales team consisted of only two people and for this reason I worked side by side with my boss, as well as being in constant communication throughout the week we arranged regular meetings where we were were able to analyse what was happening and how we intended to continue....

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • I was kept very busy, it was by no means uncomfortable but I think it kept me challenged daily. I was in responsible for numerous projects and spent a lot of my time prioritising based on deadlines and perceived importance.

    5/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • My supervisor was more than willing to allow me to procceed with largescale projects in the way which I found appropriate. On numerous occassions if my supervisor was conducting training courses or away I was left responsible for my Job and was expected to cover any major aspects of her job whilst she was unavailable, she was very trusting!
