The Role
I received a lot of training but however I was not given enough work and had too much free time.
All my colleagues were really helpful and treated me as a full time employee.
I received support and guidance whenever I needed.
I was very busy for 3 months out of 6 months placement, when I was on a lot of training and constantly learning new things. However, last 3 months I had too much of free time.
I was given quite a lot of responsibilities but I was supervised all the time.
My placement was not very related to my degree. However, I have received very valuable experience and gained skills which will be useful in my future career.
The Company
Atmosphere was good however everyone was always busy.
It could have been more organised.
I was allowed to take any training I wanted that the company was providing for employees. Also trainings were delivered very professionally and were very useful.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
It is not an industry I want to develop full time career in the future.
The Culture
I was exposed to other trainees in the company.
The cost of living and socialising was very expensive but my salary was enough to support myself.
There was a lot of places to go to and it was very easy to make new friends and meet a lot of new interesting people.
There are a lot of things to do and be involved in if you want to.
