  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • We had excellent talks from their experts and had good activities to keep us away from boredom.

    • The staff were approachable and welcoming, and we got free lunch from their restaurant, which was one of the best things that happened in the day.

    • We received some good guidance and talks during the company tour.

    • It has helped us in applying for jobs which will be very useful for the future.

    • There were some changes that had to be made which caused slight disruptions in the schedule, but the staff coped well with this.

    • Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves while being occupied with work.

    • They gave some good advice in job applications and gave us a better understanding of their own firm.

    • They provided really persuading offers that the company provides thee employees.

    • They did a brief explanation of the company's structure and its other sister companies.

    • It played a major role and made me think of applying for the company once I graduate. They were very persuasive in the programs they provide, which made me realize how good the firm was.

    • We were given a reimbursement form that allowed us to get back up to 50 pounds worth of travelling.

    • We had a lunch with recent graduates and intern.

    • They were very happy with their jobs and explained why they chose Centrica to work in. It made me like the company even more.

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?

    • They took us to the gym where employers could work out, and there was a vast green space for the employers to relax. Moreover, they talked about the sister companies having the same/even better facilities than their's.
