The Role
Great job! I've had so many opportunities and ways to develop, both in a workplace environment and personally.
You really feel part of the team. It is a small team and as you work with each other a lot.
My manager has been great. Giving me guidance on my role and future careers advice,
Sometimes its really busy and others its quiet, just depends on what is going on at that time.
I was given a lot of responsibility including organizing events and the day to day management of the corporate giving programme.
As a corporate responsibility student the skills I have learnt at Warner Bros. have been invaluable. I have learnt how corporate responsibility is implemented in practice and have learnt about how a large entertainment multinational functions. As well as this I have learnt many important workplace skills that will help me for the rest of my life.
The Company
The atmosphere is good, obviously there are times where everyone is very busy, so people are not as chatty. There is also a large intern community which meets up every so often.
Very organised. HR have been great in sorting all the paperwork out and getting things rolling at the start. With a clearly defined role it was easy to get going.
Learning and development have been great by putting on training sessions in various workplace and personal skills. My department has also been very supportive in helping me achieving my future career goals.

Very appealing, I would love to work for Warner Bros. Unfortunately because the team is small it is fairly unlikely. unless a job comes up.
The Culture
Very good! Our team has had a few after work socials and worth more then 50 interns the intern social scene is really good.
London is very expensive, so the rent is a lot. Also there aren't many cheep places to eat/drink nearby.
Lots of good pubs and clubs nearby, to cater for many tastes. Also, because of the good transport links you can get anywhere easily.
There are always opportunities to get involved, From comic con to volunteering days, there is often something to do.
