Overview
They gave me key responsibilities to work on their real-world game projects. I was tasked in the maintenance of their live game and took part in the development cycles of their other projects.
Skills
They taught me many valuable skills. I learned how to structure my work more effectively and efficiently. How work should be divided amongst a team, and how to be a team player. I honed in on specific areas of programming and have gotten a solid understanding of game fundamentals
Responsibilities
Yes, as stated previously. They integrated me as if I were a junior developer however they gave me breathing room through their expectations as an intern so that I could grow and learn.
Support & Guidance
The support was fantastic. I received 1-2-1s every other week in order to track my progress and manage my goals.
Culture
Very warm! Everyone was incredibly nice and caring. I enjoyed my time coming into the office
