The Role
Working at WB has truly been an amazing experience. I'm not looking forward to leaving and really believe that I could not have found a better internship.
I feel extremely valued by my team and I have been made to feel like a permanent member of the team as appose to an intern.
My line manager and even team are very supportive. If help is needed, clear direction and support is given. I was also given weekly one to one meetings with my line manager.
The work load is very balanced. There were times when I was very busy, however it was never anything unmanageable.
I was given a fair amount of responsibility on my placement. The team entrusted me with responsibilities that would normally be given to permanent members of the sales team.
I have been fortunate to learn a great deal that I will be able to utilise both in my final year of university and future work places.
The Company
Incredible. The seating arrangement in the office is open plan resulting in a very sociable atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and approachable.
My department and HR are very well organised in regards to the internship.
The HR team put the interns on several professional development courses throughout the year which I found to be extremely informative and helpful. I was also able to go on an excel training course.

There have been a lot of previous interns returning to start full time roles within various departments.
The Culture
The social scene was incredible, both with interns and full time employees. I have made a lot of life long friends throughout this placement.
The cost of living and socializing in London is high as to be expected. This is all relative though as London is an extremely exciting place to live and work.
Fantastic. There are so many bars and nightclubs in London, there's always somewhere new to go.
There have been an abundant amount of opportunities to get involved with activities outside of work such as volunteering, screenings, premieres, etc.
