The Role
I really enjoyed my placement year and especially what I learned about the industry as well as the fact that I was given quite a lot of responsibility.
My work was appreciated and used by my managers on a regular basis.
I could ask questions at any time and speak to my manager if I had a problem.
There were busier days and less busier days, but I always managed my workload and even had the time to do other jobs.
I felt I was given a lot of responsibility as the team is so small, also because my work was used beyond our internal team processes.
The placement helped me a lot in order to decide what I want to in the future and the insight into the actual business will make me look at things differently in my studies. The intern training session helped me to develop further skills.
The Company
It is definitely a more quiet atmosphere but very friendly and we all got along very well in our team.
Very well organized from start to finish.
With the intern training sessions, a free Excel course and 'Lunch-and-Learns', it felt like the company invested a lot and it was great to get this extra training.

As I want to work in Film it is definitely appealing.
The Culture
The is a big intern community and lots of opportunities to socialise.
London is very expensive in terms of living and socialising but as there are also many students in London, you can find the right places.
You are in London!
You can join a sports team or I participated in a volunteering day which was great.
