The Role
Warner Bros. is a really exciting place to work full of interesting people.
Everyone is super friendly and always happy to answer any questions. There is a great support base.
We have reviews and feedback every 3 months as well as weekly catch ups. There was never a time when I felt I couldn't ask questions and the questions that I did ask were always answered.
This depends on each department and what is going on at specific times, however it is usually super busy which makes the time fly!
I was given more responsibility throughout the year as and when my manager felt I was ready, I was always able to say if it was too much/not enough.
I have learnt how to manage my time as efficiently as I can as well as completing tasks well before the deadline. I have gained invaluable experience about the working world throughout the year.
The Company
The atmosphere was always upbeat and everyone is really helpful.
The placement is really well organised, with a good spread of interns in each team and on each floor.
We had monthly training which was invaluable for our future careers.

Knowing many employees is a plus, as well as how the organisation works as a whole.
The Culture
There are around 50 interns in a company and Warner Bros. organised for us to meet up before and many of us live together.
London is generally very expensive, for accommodation and living expenses.
Some fairly good pubs!
We were always taken to the offices of our agencies to see how they worked, as well as off site activities.
