    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Colleagues are lovely people and would do anything to help you. Over my year I would like to think I have built up good working relationships with them and will keep in contact.

    4/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Management were always pushing my abilities and allowing me to go on courses in order to progress my abilities as far as possible. Nothing was too much of an ask.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • The workload can vary massively throughout the year, dependant on the time of month and the projects that were going on. I was continually asking for more work so it would be rare that I was sat there with nothing to do.

    3/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Due to my manager leaving I feel that my responsibility was high, I was doing my best to ensure that despite not having a manager the ball wasn't dropped on any on-going projects. This therefore gained me trust within the team and I feel I was given more responsibility.

    4/5
