    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Was able to improve in areas I was not confident on, was provided with a large amount of responsibility and got a good overall understanding on how the business functions.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • If people had problems that tended to come to me to look for possible guidance and tried to help me improve my experience as much as they could

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • As much support as you needed, as long as you ask. Even if they can't help you they know somebody that can.

  • Partly well organised. GE recieve feedback from previous years to see where they could improve. There were a few challenges e.g. lack of training and took a while to get computers but overall ok.

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They invested a lot. Eventually was able to go on several training courses, and also have a trip abroad coming up to speak to our suppliers.
