I was given support when i reached out to look for it in times of need. However, I was expected to work continuously hard.
Most days are busy with enough time to be lenient and not feel pushed.
For a placement student there was an incredibly large amount of responsibility.
My time management skills have improved drastically, as has my ability to work with SAP,Excell and other platforms.s

The hiring process was long and hard, however once joining the scheme the placement itself is structured and well organised.
I had a one month one to one handover period to learn everything involved.
There are many options to continue employment at GE if you choose to join them.
At other sites- yes - at my site no due to being a small out of the way site in West London.
Very high - London.
Very good - London.
At times - yes- we have played 5 a side football outside of work and had staff meetups.
