The Role
The Placement was really enjoyable, the offices where fun and lively, and I wasn't treated like an intern so they clearly valued me as an employee
Everyone in the office was really friendly, and your work was recognised.
I had regular meetings with my manager to check up on my aims and objectives, I always felt like I could go to her with any issues I was having.
I was very busy, however this taught me to organise my time and work load
I was given a lot of responsibility from the start of the placement, this motivated me a lot throughout my time with the company.
I learnt a great deal with the company, the job role requires you to mix with many departments within the business so have come out with a great deal of knowledge in all areas of the fashion retail business.
The Company
The atmosphere is fun and is a very fast paced environment. very much a work hard play hard environment.
The placement is very well organised, I was never unsure of what I was doing or who I should speak to for certain issues. The HR team are great in supporting you through the whole experience.
There was a wide variety of training opportunities offered, and you are pushed to make time for these in your working day. In terms of training and investment you are treated as a full time employee.

ASOS is an amazing company to be a part of with it's constant growth and great people, future employment would be very appealing
The Culture
The interns all met up on a regular basis in and out of the working day. We all supported each other through the year.
Living in London is very expensive, but you learn where to go and where not to, however Mornington crescent does have a lot of reasonably priced pubs and restaurants close compared with the west end.
Camden is a great area for nightlife, it's always busy, has a great atmosphere and theres always somewhere new to go.
Lots of activities outside of work, they have sports teams, charity events, department drinks and the ASOS company parties are absolutely amazing.
