  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my internship - it was a great experience.

  • I felt like I was a valued member of the team.

  • I was given amazing support by my colleagues, particularly my the managers on my jobs and by my counsellor.

  • The majority of the time I had enough work to keep me busy, but on odd occasions I did not have a set task to do for a while.

  • I felt I was given responsibility, but never felt I was out of my depth.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills I develop will help with my Uni degree, but will also help when I study for my CA qualification.

  • Everyone seemed to be enjoying what they were doing.

  • Extremely well organised. Everything ran very smoothly and the induction and final events were organised impressively.

  • They invested a lot of time and effort in training us and making us feel comfortable.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I regularly socialised with my colleagues and other interns.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • I worked in a relatively expensive area of the country yet it did not stop me from socialising.

  • The area has a good night life but I did not tend to go on big nights out during my 6 weeks working.

  • There were various activities such as a summer family fun day run by the company.
