  • I had to often ask for work otherwise I would have been doing very little.

  • Social, conversational and friendly

  • It's hard to do too much in a short space of time.

  • The large majority get a job, and they allow you to switch departments after the internship if you pass a partner interview.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • We went out most weeks.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Pricey, but EY paid for a lot of the drinks.

  • Reasonable but expensive.
