  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • At times it was quite intense and tiring but the time we spent was definitely well utilised.

  • We were allocated an EY employee for each team who spent a lot of time with us.

  • The academy was catered to every different personality.

  • At times some of the content we were covering about team work and leadership seemed a bit wish washy.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Every day was jam-packed with different workshops and activities.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • The atmosphere was one of high energy. Every participant had a very different personality and the academy embraced every type of team player.

  • The academy was very intense and well-thought out.

  • The academy did not cover much of the opportunities available at EY it was mainly focused on us as participants.

  • Although we had the chance to speak with employees, there was little covered on EY as a firm.
