The Role
All were kind and welcoming but was mostly out of the office.
A lot of support, frequent 1:1. Any problems were dealt with asap
Originally not too busy, but after getting stuck into the research there was soon lots to do.
Field work and report which was published with BRC
Good, feel prepped to do my dissertation and now have a reference from the british red cross

A lot of training was given, even for stuff that wasn't directly related to my role
