Insight day attendee Review

It was very practical, less about advertising the firm and more about myself.

My views were taken into account, everyone ha d a fair say.

Not a lot during the day however at the end of the day the advice they gave me was very good.

I know exactly what to work on to improve myself especially in the way I come across to other people,

The timings were good, we knew exactly what we should have been doing when. It was slightly rushed though.

Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

My development was critiqued by three employees as well as peer assessed.

Newer employees talked about what their jobs involved, they talked about what they did though and didn't show us.

Their values were clear.

I think that this career path isn't actually for me however I am likely to utilise some of the programmes on offer to me.

I was suitably reimbursed, however this did take a few weeks.

we talked to a few new employees on programmes.

I didn't really gain anything from them.

Yes, our mentor talked openly about what else goes on in the firm.

However only if this is the sort of field they see their careers prospects in.
