  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • This position has given me valuable work experience within the Finance department of an organisation. I enjoyed the work and got on well with my colleagues.

    • Literally ike family.

    • Help was given when required.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • I felt that everyone was very conscious that I was a summer student therefore didn't show me how to do a lot of things as I was only temporary within the team. My work load was fairly steady.

    • Certain tasks had a level of responsibility for example creating and then checking the billing requests.

    • From this placement i have impoved my communication skills. I learnt how a finance department is run and the diferent tasks that they carry out which i think will help me in the future.

    • Everyone got on very well together.

    • Very good. Computer log-ins, etc were organised on time which helped me to settle in quicker.

    • Certain social events were organised which helped me get to know others.

    • Fair - same as most places.

    • Nightlife is good if you travel into Glasgow.
