  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The Leadership academy was a really enjoyable experience overall, giving you to opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy team building activites

  • Staying together at an external venue made it very easy to get to know people through various socials

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The sessions were lead by leadership specialist consultants who provided a great deal of guidance, while EY facilitators were also extremely supportive

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Each day was packed full of activites to keep you busy, with evening socials as well but there were enough breaks and opportunites to recover throughout the day.

  • There were lots of opportunities to take the lead on projects, and everyone generally had a chance to lead

  • I developed some key skills which were be useful in any work place environment, when working in a team

  • Generally very friendly, active atmosphere

  • Really well organised and planned out activites as well as socials

  • Invested quite heavily by inviting a professional skills consultancy to take most of the sessions

  • I'd love to work with the kind of people I met at the academy, going to apply for a summer internship!

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • There was a social every evening, and varied so there was something for everyone

  • Covered as part of the academy

  • Not much nightlife as it was an external venue, but good evening socials to make up for it!
