  • The leadership academy was great fun and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others

  • Everyone took the time to listen and the feedback at the end was very thoughtful

  • All the mentors assisting in the programme were helpful and supportive

  • The days are long but there is a variety of stuff that goes on

  • The leadership academy was fairly structured but there were many opportunities for individuals to take the lead so there was a good balance.

  • Everyone I met from EY was really friendly and enthusiastic

  • Almost everything ran to plan and it had obviously been thought out very thoroughly

  • It appeared that a lot of time, effort and money had been spent on us during the leadership academy.

  • Yes, things were happening every night

  • Everything on the leadership academy is paid for by EY

  • Karaoke, Pub Quiz, Free Bar etc so it was a great few days
