The Role
A brilliant place to work. Nothing better in the world than working with films, if there is I would like to know!
We had a very good team ethic, and I they really intergrate you into being a full member of the team.
I really felt that my managers were always trying to make the best I could be, they are always there to help when you are struggling or happy to answer any questions you may have, while encouraging becoming more proactive!
Some weeks will be very tough, you will start early and leave late, but always with a sense of achievement! There is always something to do, you may have to ask sometimes as when in between releases things can slow down a little bit.
LOADS. It was a real shcok to me about how much value they put on us interns. We are not interns here, we are members of the team and are included in everything, every step of the way. We can offer our ideas and insights whenever we like and they will always be taken on board. Some of my ideas for example have been used in our European wide campaigns. there is nothing better than seeing your work in the real world and feeling proud.
I will never forget what I have learnt here. I have matured and become a different person. I cannot wait to see how this placement has effected me as I go into my last year of Uni and beyond. My bosses have shown me what I am capable of and where I can improve. This is priceless.
The Company
It is a highly proffessional environment and the work always comes first. However there seems to be a great balance of work and play that is rare in this kind of job. Everyone is working so hard but aways up for a little joke (if its a good one). I also have the best desk in the office. As many members of the team travel internationally, sweets and treats are often bought back and these are placed just next to my desk.
Perfect. Everything was handled amazingly
We had a lot of staff training days to further our skills for now and in the future. We could also sign up to learn a new language or further computer skills.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
They have no graduate scheme and the chance of future employment is low because no one ever wants to leave!
The Culture
There are roughly 35 interns per year and getting to know everyone is really easy. I have had some amazing nights and even celebrated my 21st with them. Our team also like to go for drinks on fridays or go to the cinema to catch the best and latest films in IMAX.
I had a huge rent and there for did not have any disposable income which made it hard to go out all the time. But I did what I could
It's London!!!!!!
A lot of Charity events, 8 a side football teams (male and female) are also available.
