Overview
Working with my counsellor and buddy on multiple different projects, with a flexible working system, performing many different tasks
Skills
I've developed my teamwork skills in a working environment, as well as my research, note-taking and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
I was given much more responsibility than I initially thought, which was daunting at first but really made the experience very valuable to me.
Support & Guidance
I had lots of support. The team were great at giving me tasks to do but if I asked for help and feedback they were more than willing to jump on a call and help me out.
Culture
The company culture is lovely, everyone seemed very included and the team was very diverse.
Your Impressions
I loved it. There's very little that could be done to improve the experience.

Be confident - share opinions in the interview and take everything in your stride. If you aim high then you'll have the support to reach those goals and fit in with the culture.
