  • Focus a lot on how you interact and get on with people. Anyone can be smart or hard working, but not everyone has the skills to work in a team. It is important to show you can work well with people and be a valuable team member during you application process. Additionally, show innovation whilst applying. This is a skill that is valued greatly by the firm.
