    • My role involves a project focused on ESG engagements with companies held in abrdn portfolios, as well as helping the team with day-to-day tasks.

    • The recruitment process is improving but patience is required. With regards to standing out, my advice would be emphasise experiences that developed soft skills as these are particular important qualities.
