    • Fairly laidback for financial services. Excellent focus on mental wellbeing but dependent on placement team plenty of extra hour or two spent at the office

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

    • Greatly, both professional and personal development opportunities are abundant. An adequate support network is available and the company has a welcoming culture for curiosity and young professionals. However, still several backwards views particularly on appearance at work; several negative comments made regarding tattoos, piercings etc.

    • Develop your foundational knowledge on asset management and the rough structures / holistic view on relevant subjects. Having a base knowledge of both jargon and procedures makes learning the nitty-gritty much more straightforward
