Overview
One of my key tasks is to improve the ESG score for the companies in our portfolio using our ESG proprietary tool as a starting point. I research documents like company reports and sustainability policies. Another huge part of my role is researching companies and helping support anyone in our team regarding this matter.
Skills
My investing knowledge has come on leaps and bounds. Understanding what are the key metrics that drive the stock’s performance. I have improved my commercial awareness, learning how the business actually operates and generates revenue.
Responsibilities
Definitely given responsibility, which increased as time went on. Everyone in my team started to gradually expect more from me which was very good.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support from everyone in the company such as the Early Careers team, my line manager and my buddy.
Culture
The culture was very good, everyone is super approachable and friendly!
