    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Developed strong working relationships with L'Oréal's key stakeholders, being responsible for sharing all launch assets with e-retailers and ensuring all launches are executed online Set up media campaigns for brand campaigns, performance campaigns and retailers campaigns. On various channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google. Working on setting up a new system for the brand to help keep work efficient as possible.

  • Yes I've learnt many new skills. I feel confident to give powerful presentations through the practice and different training session that L'Oreal offers. I've also learnt more about paid, organic media through setting up and reporting on campaigns.

  • During my internship I was given many responsibilities and projects that I took lead on. You are given the opportunity to bring your ideas to life, whilst having support from your managers and the team in order to guide you through your projects.

  • There is a lot of support. You will have biweekly meetings with your managers to discuss on-going projects and any support you may need. Your managers will help you map out your week and will help delegate task.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The Culture is very friendly and fun. Everyone is always up to have a catch up to network and help where they can. There is also quite a lot of social events which are very exciting and enjoyable.

  • I Really enjoyed my time at L'Oréal. I've networked with many people within different roles and division. This internship has allowed me to develop new skills as well as strengthen the skills that I already possess. My time at L'Oréal has allowed me to grow professionally and personally.

  • 1) Showcase your entrepreneurial skills by demonstrating how your knowledge, talents, and enthusiasm align with the needs and goals of the organisation. 2) When presenting your achievements make them tangible: think values, volumes and timeframes. 3) Come with ideas and questions. L'Oréal wants to hear what you would do differently and what you are most excited about doing when you join.
