    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My specific role during my placement year was the CRM intern. I was responsible for being the digital point of contact for all email related enquiries and advise brands on email & CRM best practice, upskilling and advising on optimisations to make to improve email performance. I would also report on weekly and monthly basis to deliver insights and recommendations to optimise performance and acquisition.

  • The company's environment is very face-paced and you are always busy with new projects making sure they are constantly following industry trends. The atmosphere in the office is very fun and I felt I could thrive in my job role

  • I really enjoyed my placement at L'Oréal, even though it was very busy and at some points, very difficult, I was supported at every point of the year and if I ever needed any help there was always someone to help guide me through.
