Overview
The Markets team establishes strong market relationships, originating new business, driving sales and increasing our chance of winning. Create proposals for Specialty Insurance clients to win work for EY.
Skills
Significantly developed my Powerpoint and Excel skills. Communication, especially with people in Senior roles.
Responsibilities
I was given significant responsibility but my work was always checked by Managers / more senior people as it was work for clients
Support & Guidance
We had an intensive training week. I was allocated a counsellor who supported me throughout the year and was a great point of contact if I needed help
Culture
Everybody was so friendly, no matter how senior they were. EY has a great atmosphere
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it. Being in London is great - so much to experience. I feel as this placement has put me in great stead and readiness for a grad job.
