Overview
It was a two day insight programme which allowed us to access and understand a range of different sectors within the company by bringing in panels to give talks and allow us to ask questions. We also took part in a case study based around sustainability and pitched our ideas to the group.
Skills
I have improved my communication and teamwork skills during the case study. I have also developed the information I have about firms on such a large scale such as EY and understanding to a greater extent how it works.
Business Insight
Very intriguing as I understood the range of roles available within this firm and this has allowed me to think to a greater extent about what I would want to do in the future.
Culture
Very inclusive with diversity and relaxed whilst also having a great sense of pride about the work being done in the firm.
Your Impressions
To a great extent as there was a range of opportunities presented during the insight week. The only improvement could be doing it in real life instead of virtual.

Practice the assessments and interviews beforehand using any questions to improve your confidence.
