Overview
I had a very data driven role analysing raw data and feeding back insights to partners in weekly meetings.
Skills
Excel, communication, general work etiquette, commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
Yes from the very first day I was given such a rewarding amount of responsibility and was quite shocked with how much I was given. However I was given so much support by my team so rarely felt out of my depth.
Support & Guidance
Within my team I was given so much support and guidance, everyone was extremely welcoming.
Culture
Centrica has such a great culture, everyone is so nice, very inclusive, they have a flex first policy allowing you to work at home if you wish and come into the office whenever you want or are requested.
