Overview
I was working on an internal tool related to the team's service. A day would typically be attending standup, writing code and sometimes meetings with my supervisor to discuss my work.
Skills
I learned so much from my team and from working on their services. This internship has been a great introduction to the industry.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of independence and the team really trusted me.
Support & Guidance
The entire team was always happy to help me whenever I had an issue or needed to ask for some advice. I would have regular meetings with members of the team about my work and it really helped guide me through the internship.
Culture
My experience was that Expedia Group has a really relaxed, social atmosphere. My team really went out of their way to make me feel included.
