Overview
A Technical Program Manager (TPM) facilitates daily stand-ups and all meetings, generates documentation for incident management, and assists in accomplishing migration processes. They play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, ensuring smooth incident resolution, and successfully executing migrations within the organization.
