  • There was a large range of speakers and mentors so I got to asked loads of questions. I learnt a lot about different career paths in the business.

  • EY has the best work culture I have seen. There is a large focus on personal development so it is very supportive.

  • I really enjoyed learning about the company, I would have preferred some more time learning about audit in particular but it was interesting learning about different career paths.

  • 8. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY
  • Learn as much as you can about the company and really develop soft skills to a high standard. Communication is so valuable, technical knowledge is good but not necessary to get started as you learn as you go.
