    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes I was given a lot of responsibility during my internship. I was the lead contact for the affiliate programme and although for specific approvals I had to consolidate with my manager for most decisions and calls I was the lead and my opinion and thoughts were fully followed through with. I was also asked to lead certain meetings and share reports and figures with more senior members.

But most importantly be yourself at L'Oréal the most important thing is having a desire to learn. Make sure to stay organised and collected as working in such a fast pace company you need to be able to be reactive and adaptable.
