The Role
Fantastic, I have learnt things that are impossible to learn within university.
I felt valued massively by colleagues. I was immediately felt to feel part of a team and was given large responsibilities.
I was given support and guidance anytime I required it.
I was always kept busy with something to do. This helped time go by which is a good thing
I was give large responsibilities from an early stage which was a challenge but it made the placement more worthwhile.
I received informal training from multiple members of the team which helped improve my team and communication skills.
