    • Shadowing interviews, organising events, attending careers fairs, helping with recruitment strategy, helping with the onboarding process and training.

    • I have developed my skills of Microsoft and have received training courses around it and other online systems. I have developed my communication skills and my planning and organising as recruitment is fast-paced, organising interviews, scheduling meetings, attending careers fairs.

    • I have been given responsibility for many different things. I have been given multiple of my own projects to manage, but I have been supported by my manager and those around me if I need any help or guidance.

    • I received a lot of support. My manager was excellent if I needed any guidance, and there are always others around me who I could ask for help. There are many online systems that have directories that can help.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • Really good work culture, everyone is extremely friendly and wants to help. I was nervous about working in a manufacturing site, but I haven't met anyone who didn't want to help. There are many social events and schemes to support people.
