  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was given a lot of support at the start with weekly review meetings then monthly meetings on my progress with my manager. My manager was very approachable with an open door policy which meant any queries I had or support was needed was given. I also had multiple mentors that guided me.

However on the very rare occasion I found I had one or two quiet days but this enabled me to organise and show initiative to find work for myself and take time to learn.

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It was well organised as I had multiple communication before my placement with regards to people to contact things to expect. During my placement we had a program that all placement students took part in which was a great way to get involved in the business and communicate to others.
