    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Onboarding was slow and chaotic. Work was interesting, good culture!

    4/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Everyone is encouraged to take early responsibility and work ownership.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Weekly check-in meetings with managers. However, most of the team is accessible all the time.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • With high throughput and quality standards it certainly feels like there is more work to do all the time.

    2/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Responsibility to deliver work and also to explore new paths!

    5/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Developed some really useful skills that will be relevant for years to come

    5/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Generally fun, but work does get done by EoD

    4/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • No real structure, you get thrown in the deep and you better swim. Worked well for me but this could vary a lot...

    3/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Reasonably but not extensively, I think the mentality that you can self-start and solve your own problems is present

    3/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Flexi Time

    Working from home

    Healthcare/Dental

    3/5

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Very appealing. A lot of open roles and opportunities with interesting work.

    5/5

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Didn't actively participate, hard to say. Joining on different dates played a role...

    3/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • It's London... is there much more to say really now?

    1/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • The area's quite lively with quality places to go all over.

    5/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • A lot of socials organised on premise but there are a few days each month involving activities outside.
