    • The job was busy but rewarding, I was able to solve some real world issues.

    • Wherever needed, my supervisor/ manager were willing to give advice.

    • Constant workflow throughout the year with multiple projects at the same time.

    • Lots, I would be set projects and be expected to deliver upon it.

    • Developed CAD skills but more importantly professional attributes and an increase in self confidence.

    • Great team moral with lots of jokes, whilst working effectively.

    • Little guidance/ help on specific topics such as CAD based skills.

    • Advice was available freely should I need it, however much of the technical skills (i.e. CAD) was self taught.

    • Regular events organised with facebook and internal email groups.

    • Chichester is an expensive city to live in.

    • No nightclubs in the area, with a few expensive bars.
