Overview
It is mostly relevant to managing the cars that come through launch and the newer models that need to be checked for quality. It is very data heavy as we look to reduce the amount of defects in the cars for leather.
Skills
Yes I have learnt a great deal of communication and I have been able to strengthen my confidence at this job.
Responsibilities
I was made to feel like one of the team and that was a massive expectation I did not have.
Support & Guidance
I was given full support by my university and the placement as both parties put my needs first.
Culture
It was a British and German work ethic so I was able to grasp different tactics people used.
