Our four key brands of BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMW Motorrad make us the world’s leading manufacturer of premium automobiles and motorcycles. We also provide premium financial and mobility services.
The UK is the only place in the world where BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars are represented by both business and manufacturing operations. You could join us at any of our manufacturing sites in Oxford, Hams Hall, Swindon, or Goodwood, or be based at our Farnborough offices, where we host the UK Sales and Marketing subsidiary of BMW AG, as well as Financial Services, Leasing and Fleet Management departments.
We employ around 8,000 people directly in the UK, with an additional 16,000 people employed by our third-party Retailer Network. We also value everyone’s input – regardless of their role within the business or their level of seniority.
