The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my year at ASOS. The working environment and ethos is great.
Very. My role was one of a normal employee and I had a vast amount of responsibility.
My managers were very supportive throughout the year.
I nearly always had something to be getting on with.
I was given so much more responsibility than I thought I would have done.
The skills I have learned and developed over the year at ASOS have been so beneficial and will be fundamental in progressing further in my career.
The Company
Happy, fun, enthusiastic.
Very well set up. We had monthly intern development sessions as a group and had a mentor who we could speak to regarding any problems. The intern program gave us so much exposure within the business.
We had monthly development sessions e.g. managing stress, presentation skills, being mindful etc.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Very appealing. I'd love to come back after graduating and things are looking promising.
The Culture
Yes. Lots of socials events and Friday drinks. Lunch times in the park and amazing Summer and Xmas parties.
London is expensive!
Not bad, not great!
Yes although I feel these should have been more obviously advertised to interns.
